Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding celebrations!

Whether a big celebration or small, you'll be sure to find a delicious buttercream creation with Wisteria Lane Baking Co. that tastes just as delicious as it looks and makes a picture perfect centre piece on your special day.

So, here's how to get the process started...

STEP ONE

INITIAL ENQUIRY

First thing's first, availability!

You can check availability for your wedding date and location by completing the contact form linked below. 


This will provide me with all the important details of your wedding, along with some insight of your vision for the day, so I can put together a design idea and price quote for you.

STEP TWO

DESIGN CONCEPT 

You will be contacted via email with notes on my availability for your wedding date, along with a design concept through use of picture references and an initial price guide, based on your number of servings required and wedding cake concept.

 

At this stage we will exchange emails with supported imagery to ensure all details are captured in bringing your vision to life.

STEP Three

CONFIRMATION

Once you're happy with your cake size and design as discussed, an invoice link will be created and all details of the booking will be enclosed - including delivery location/times, set up display, cake sizing and servings suggestions, design references and allergen information.

Thereafter, a non-refundable deposit of £100 can be paid in order to secure the date and booking in the diary. 

During this time, you can pre-order a cake sample taster box to help you select sponge flavours for each tier.

STEP FOUR

THE LEAD UP & WEDDING DAY

Leading up to your big day you will be contacted again, just to confirm all is well and there have been no changes to the required design, cake size or sponge flavours. 

Here the remaining balance will be requested, if not already paid, up to 1 month prior to your wedding date.

On the day, your cake will be delivered and set up as requested, and the venue will be provided with a clear list of allergens by flavour, cake cutting guide and my contact details.

CAKE SIZE AND CUTTING GUIDES

All our tiered cakes come in a variety of sizes to best serve your number of guests.

Serving suggestions are based on cake slices approx. 1" in width and 4" in depth and all pricing guides noted below are based on tall cakes, with 4 layers of sponge.

(Although short cakes are available upon request).

 

We suggest checking you are happy with these measurements before placing your order or choosing a cake the next size up for a more generous serving slice or leftovers for guests to take home!

SPONGE FLAVOURS & FILLINGS

With a range of sponge flavours and filling combinations available, you'll have plenty of choice when it comes to impressing your guests once the cake is cut!​

 

You can pre-order a cake selection box from the link below, which contains x10 cake flavour combinations and x2 sugar cookie favours - the perfect addition to your table décor, by use of name place settings, whilst also doubling up as a sweet treat for your guests to take home and remember the day by!

PRICING GUIDES & DELIVERY

Although all of our cakes are available for collection, local delivery and set up is available for tiered cakes - within 45 minutes drive of Ware, Hertfordshire.

​Pricing for delivery local to my base in Ware, Hertfordshire starts at £25; with locations further afield in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire/London and Essex coming at an additional cost.

 

- PRICE GUIDES  - 

The pricing guide below refers to a plain buttercream tiered design. Please note all cakes are custom and additional costs will apply for decorative textures, intricate piping, fresh florals, gold leaf and cake toppers etc.

Pricing does not include delivery and set up to your venue and will be calculated by time/distance from my base in Ware, Hertfordshire.
